Four steps from brief to finished files in your Drive

We start with a 15-minute online brief covering your brand guidelines, project goals and deadlines. You then receive a quote with price, schedule and deliverables.

After the deposit is approved, we develop the concept, present it for approval and complete 2 revision sessions. We finalise print formats in CMYK and online formats in RGB, and transfer full economic copyright.

  1. Brief and quote (days 1-2)

    A 15-minute form covering goal, audience, guidelines, format and deadline. Within 1-2 days, we return a quote with price and date, plus a visual moodboard for larger projects.

  2. Concept (days 3-4)

    After the 50% deposit, we create the first version, present it through Figma or Loom and await your feedback.

  3. Revisions (days 5-6)

    2 revision sessions included. We collect feedback in one place, through Figma comments or email, and make changes within 2-3 days.

  4. Finalisation and delivery (day 7)

    Print files in CMYK with 3 mm bleed and online files in RGB/sRGB: vectors, rasters and PDFs in your Drive. We transfer full economic copyright, issue a VAT invoice and can recommend a printer.

How much does an individual graphic design cost?

How quickly can you deliver?

Usually 3-7 working days, depending on complexity. Express 48-hour delivery is available at a 50% surcharge, only when the schedule has capacity.

How many revisions are included?

Every project includes 2 revision sessions. Further changes are billed at PLN 120/hour or as a separate project. We explain this upfront so you know what to expect.

Which files do I receive?

Vector .ai/.svg, raster .png/.jpg and a CMYK print-ready PDF. Presentations include the PowerPoint, Keynote or Figma source with editable text fields.

Do you design infographics for websites and reports?

Yes. Static PNG/SVG and animated Lottie, GIF or MP4, suited to company blogs, annual reports and sales presentations. From PLN 380 each.

Can you redesign our existing company presentation?

Yes. Redesign usually costs PLN 600-1,500 for up to 30 slides. You receive an editable template in PowerPoint or Keynote for your team to develop further.

Will the designs follow our brand guidelines?

Yes. We follow your existing guidelines precisely for colours, typography and components. If you do not have any, we can develop them separately through our visual identity service.

Do you design book and e-book covers?

Yes. Book covers with front, back and spine for print and e-books, audiobook covers and magazine covers. PLN 450-900, depending on the number of elements and competitor research time.

Do you create 2D social media animations?

Yes. Short 3-15-second 2D animations for Reels, TikTok, Stories and animated posts. MP4 or GIF with moving brand elements, from PLN 600 each.

Can I order a social graphics package?

Yes. 10 social graphics from PLN 1,100, or 20 from PLN 1,900. A monthly retainer is also available through content marketing, from PLN 600/month for 1 platform.

Do you create bespoke vector illustrations?

Yes: icons, characters, scenes and repeating patterns. Vectors scale without quality loss, from business cards to billboards. PLN 250-1,200 depending on complexity.

Can you create product mockups using our label artwork?

Yes. Photorealistic 3D mockups of bottles, jars, packaging, books and wall posters, ready for online stores or social media. From PLN 350 each.

How do I order a design?

Complete a 15-minute online brief. We send a price and timeline within 1-2 days. After approval: 50% deposit, design, revisions and delivery. Entirely remote via Slack, email or Figma.

Do I receive full economic copyright?

Yes. Copyright transfer is a standard part of the contract. You can use the design commercially, modify it and print unlimited copies, without hidden licences.

Do you work with clients outside Białystok?

Yes. The whole process is remote: online brief, Drive file delivery, Slack, email and Figma. Prices are the same for Białystok, Warsaw, Krakow and international clients. EUR/USD invoices on request.
