90 days to the first organic conversions
The first month focuses on the store's technical audit and a keyword map for categories and best-selling products. The second covers structure optimisation, Product schema and the Google Merchant Center feed. The third brings content, link building and conversion monitoring.
After 90 days, we analyse conversions by category and keyword. We adjust the strategy quarterly, focusing on what generates revenue. Minimum engagement: 3 months. Then month to month with 30 days' notice and no penalties.
-
Store audit and keyword map (days 1-14)
Screaming Frog crawl, mobile Core Web Vitals, category structure, schema, Merchant Center feed and competitor backlink profiles. We use these to cluster keywords for categories and the top 50 products, prioritising conversions rather than traffic alone. Everything is documented in Google Sheets.
-
Structure optimisation (days 15-30)
Categories, filters, canonicals, breadcrumbs and internal links between categories. This usually increases visibility by 20-40% in the first quarter.
-
Product schema and descriptions (days 31-60)
Product, Offer and AggregateRating schema on every product page. We optimise descriptions for the top 50 products; the rest use AI templates reviewed by a copywriter.
-
Content, links and adjustments (from day 61)
2-4 advice articles targeting informational intent and 5-10 relevant links with documented sources and Ahrefs metrics. From day 91, we analyse conversions by category and keyword in GA4. Budget goes to products and keywords that generate revenue, rather than vanity metrics.

How much does online store SEO cost?
The subscription starts at PLN 3,800/month. It includes a technical audit, category and product optimisation, Product schema, content (2-4 texts/month), link building (5-10 links) and a monthly report. Minimum engagement: 3 months.
Which e-commerce platforms do you support?
WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Magento and custom stores built with Astro / Next.js. Each platform has its own SEO pitfalls - we know them and know what your developer needs to fix.
How long until the first store conversions from SEO?
The first organic transactions appear after 6-10 weeks. Stable results build over 4-6 months. Competitive niches (fashion, electronics) require 6-12 months.
What exactly do you check in an online store?
Mobile Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS), category and filter structure, pagination canonicals, Product and Review schema, product descriptions (duplicates and thin content), the Google Merchant Center feed and backlink profile.
Is my store ready for SEO?
Yes, if you have at least 50 products, a working cart, GA4 with e-commerce tracking and unique descriptions. Without these, SEO will not work - the foundations need fixing first. We will tell you honestly whether it is worthwhile. We also check accessibility; our blog explains what the European Accessibility Act changes for stores and exactly who it applies to.
Does blog content really increase sales?
Yes. Advice articles target informational intent (“how to choose”, “which is better”), attract top-of-funnel traffic and direct it to product pages. They account for 20-40% of organic traffic in a well-managed store.
How do you optimise 1,000+ products at once?
We cluster keywords with Ahrefs and Semrush, generate description templates with AI (Claude/GPT-4), and a copywriter revises them for E-E-A-T. Product schema and metadata are generated in bulk from templates. Scale requires a process.
Do Product and Review schema increase CTR?
Yes. Rich results with stars, price and availability increase CTR by 10-20% at the same ranking. We implement Product, Offer, AggregateRating and BreadcrumbList schema on all product pages.
Do SEO and Google Ads conflict in an online store?
No. Ads data (converting keywords) informs the SEO strategy, and the product feed supports both Google Shopping and SEO. Customers see you in paid and organic results, increasing trust and CTR.
What about platform migration - will I lose SEO visibility?
A 301 redirect plan, old-to-new URL mapping and pre/post-launch audits preserve visibility. Without them, you can lose 50-80% of organic traffic in 2-4 weeks. We handle migration together with your developer.
