How does your event shoot work, step by step?
A briefing 3-5 days before the event: we go over the location, time, key moments and the must-have shot list. No briefing means improvisation. On the event day, we work actively. Instead of standing in a corner with a camera, we move between key moments according to the brief.
-
Briefing (3-5 days before the event)
Location, agenda, key people and the must-have shot list. We also agree how you will receive the material after the event.
-
Event shoot (event day)
We arrive with a Canon EOS RP, prime lenses and zooms (24-105 mm, 70-200 mm), external flashes and spare cards and batteries: full redundancy. For 3 or 6 hours, we photograph the key moments: speeches, networking, panels, the key visual and guests of honour.
-
Selection and retouching (days 1-5 after the event)
From 500-1,500 raw frames, we pick the shots that match the shot list from the brief: focus, composition, expression. Then come exposure, colour, cropping and portrait retouching: one consistent look across the whole shoot, ready for print and social media.
-
Delivery (within 7 days of the event)
Files in your Drive or via WeTransfer: high-quality JPEGs for print and social media. RAW on request (+PLN 200).

Questions we hear most often

What is an event shoot and when do I need one?
An event shoot puts a photographer at your entire company event: an anniversary, conference, trade fair, opening or launch. You will need the material for the event ROI report, post-event social media, sponsor summaries, a case study on your website and next year's edition of the event.
How much does an event photographer cost in Białystok?
Up to 3 hours: from PLN 600 (around 50 final retouched photos). Up to 6 hours: from PLN 1,100 (80-100 retouched photos). The price covers the pre-event briefing, the shoot itself, selection, final retouching and delivery via Drive within 7 working days.
What equipment do we shoot with?
Canon EOS RP (full-frame), prime lenses plus 24-105 mm (standard) and 70-200 mm (telephoto) zooms, external flashes and memory cards with backup. Semi-pro gear: professional image quality at a price that suits small and medium-sized events.
How many final photos do I get in a package?
Up to 3 hours: around 50 final photos with retouching (from 500-700 raw frames). Up to 6 hours: 80-100 final photos with retouching (from 1,000-1,500 raw frames). We deliver only the strongest shots - no filler, no out-of-focus images.
How soon will I get the photos after the event?
7 working days from the day of the event. Days 1-2: selection. Days 3-5: final retouching. Days 6-7: delivery via Drive or WeTransfer. If you need 5 selected photos sooner (for breaking news or social media the same evening), we can do it for an extra PLN 200.
Is retouching included?
Yes. Final retouching is included: exposure correction, white balance, colour grading for a consistent look, cropping and basic portrait retouching (dark circles under the eyes, minor skin blemishes). In-depth portrait retouching (skin smoothing, body shaping) is quoted separately.
Can I book an event shoot for 1-2 hours?
The standard minimum is 3 hours (from PLN 600), because under 3 hours the logistics (travel + preparation + briefing) eat up the fee. If you need a shorter shoot (e.g. just the ribbon-cutting at a shop opening), we quote it individually, usually PLN 400 for 1-1.5 hours.
Do you cover events outside Białystok?
Yes. Travel within 30 km of Białystok is included. Beyond that, we charge an extra PLN 1.50 / km from Białystok, both ways. Events in Warsaw, Lublin or Olsztyn get a separate quote that includes accommodation.
Are the photos in RAW or JPEG format?
As standard, we deliver high-quality JPEGs (full resolution, ready for print and social media). RAW files are optional at +PLN 200 if you want to keep retouching in post-production yourself or with another photographer.
What rights to the photos do I get?
Full commercial usage rights: website, social media, print, reports, sponsor presentations and marketing materials. No additional licence fees. DigiDraft reserves the right to publish selected photos in its portfolio (unless we agree otherwise).
Can I send a must-have shot list?
Yes, and we strongly encourage it. A must-have shot list in the brief increases the chance that we capture exactly what you need: specific people, moments, key visuals and sponsors. Without a list, we work from a general brief, which can leave gaps.
What if the weather does not cooperate at an outdoor event?
For outdoor events (openings, festivals), we build a plan B into the brief: which shots we take under cover, how we adjust the key visual location and when we move indoors. The 30% deposit is non-refundable, but we move the whole session to a new date at no extra charge.
