Logo design in Białystok - step by step

We start with a brief: what your company does, who it speaks to, where the mark will appear (signage, vehicle graphics, a 32 px avatar) and what you do not want. We then draw 2 or 3 concepts: different directions, not colour variants of one idea.

You choose one direction and receive 2 included revision sessions, followed by SVG, PNG and PDF files, a symbol and a favicon. Białystok businesses can visit Wierzbowa 2 to view printed concepts; we work remotely elsewhere in Poland. The 7-, 10- and 14-day timelines are identical.

What is the difference between a logo and a logotype?

A logo is a graphic mark made up of a symbol and/or a logotype. A logotype is the typographic rendering of the brand name alone, without a symbol.

How much does business logo design cost?

Three packages: Basic PLN 650 (2 concepts, 2 revision sessions), Standard PLN 1,100 (3 concepts and a mini brand guide), Full PLN 1,800 (3 concepts and 12-20 pages of brand guidelines).

Do I need to visit Białystok to order a logo?

No. Briefs, concepts and revisions are handled by email or calls, and files are delivered by link. This is how we work across Poland. In Białystok, we meet at Wierzbowa 2 and show printed concepts, because a mark reads differently on paper and screen. Timelines of 7, 10 or 14 days, depending on the package, are the same in both cases.

How long does logo creation take from brief to final files?

Basic: 7 days; Standard: 10 days; Full with guidelines: 14 days. The process covers the brief, concepts, colour selection and final files.

Will I receive vector and bitmap files?

Yes. Every package includes SVG, PNG and PDF: vectors and raster files in several resolutions. Full also includes editable .ai source files.

Do you provide brand guidelines with the logo?

Yes. Standard includes a mini brand guide covering colours, typography and basic rules. Full includes 12-20 pages of brand guidelines with construction grids, clear space and usage variants.

How many revisions are included in logotype design?

Every package includes 2 revision sessions. Additional rounds are quoted individually.

Does the logo design include horizontal and vertical versions?

Yes. We prepare horizontal, vertical and monochrome versions, plus a separate symbol and favicon.

Is an online logo maker as good as bespoke design?

Logo makers generate templates used by hundreds of other businesses. Bespoke design guarantees uniqueness and provides a basis for registration with the Polish Patent Office (UPRP). Read more in how to create a logo that attracts attention.

Do you help register a trademark with the Patent Office?

Yes. We work with a patent attorney who submits the UPRP application and monitors registration.

Do you redesign logos for existing brands?

Yes. We refresh logos while retaining recognisable elements. Pricing depends on the changes, usually within Standard or Full.

Will I receive economic copyright to the logo design?

Yes. All packages include the contractual transfer of full economic copyright, with no additional fee.
