You are looking at it. This is our full price list of 85 items, divided into 7 sections: websites and shops, SEO, advertising, branding, content marketing, systems and applications, and service packages. Every item includes a price and an approximate delivery time. Prices are net; 23% VAT is added.

A brochure website (up to 5 pages) costs PLN 3,500-5,500, a company website with a blog PLN 5,500-9,000, and a custom website with a headless CMS from PLN 9,000. A sales landing page costs PLN 1,800-2,800. An online shop starts at PLN 6,500. Copy for every page is included. The price depends on the page count, design (template or bespoke) and integrations. An SEO audit costs PLN 800-3,200 once (3 tiers). Local SEO is PLN 1,500/month, nationwide SEO PLN 2,500/month, and e-commerce SEO PLN 3,800/month, with a 3-month minimum. Initial results after 3-6 months, stable rankings after a year.

A WooCommerce/PrestaShop shop with up to 50 products starts at PLN 6,500 (up to 21 days). A custom shop with integrations (BaseLinker, Allegro, inventory, B2B) starts at PLN 12,000 (up to 28 days). Shop-page copy and category descriptions are included; product descriptions cost PLN 80-300 each. Migration to a new platform is quoted separately.

Campaign setup costs PLN 1,500 once, and management PLN 1,500/month for one ecosystem (Google OR Meta). The Google + Meta package costs PLN 2,500 setup + PLN 2,500/month. A one-off campaign without a term contract starts at PLN 400 + 10% of ad spend, depending on the channel (Meta PLN 400, Google Ads PLN 600, YouTube/TikTok PLN 800). You pay ad spend directly to the platforms. We add no markup.

The price list gives ranges or starting prices. After the brief, we send a proposal with a specific price and schedule. The quoted price is valid for 30 days from issue.

Yes. Transfer of economic rights to graphic designs, website code, copy and video materials is a standard part of the contract. No hidden licences and no lifetime ‘usage’ fees.

Normally, 50% upfront and 50% before publication or file delivery. Projects over PLN 10,000: 3 milestone instalments. VAT invoice provided.

Yes. Prices are the same for Białystok, Warsaw and other cities. We work remotely through calls, Slack and Figma. For projects needing in-person meetings, we travel or meet at our Wierzbowa 2 office.

Yes, we have worked with clients from the UK, Germany, the Netherlands and the USA. We invoice in EUR or USD. Communication is in English, with services adapted to the market.

Yes, we prepare tailored pricing for returning clients and longer partnerships of 6+ months. Subscription packages already include loyalty-based pricing.

Yes: express logo delivery in 72 h, with a 50% package surcharge. Expedited delivery for larger projects such as websites and visual identities is quoted individually. Priority work requires rescheduling other projects, hence the surcharge.

Tell us your budget openly. Often we can start with an audit or an MVP and spread the full project over time. We always explain honestly what is possible and what is not, without ‘special offers for selected clients’.

One reel at PLN 450 includes a script addressing a specific business problem, a filming visit to your premises, editing in our studio, captions, licensed music and delivery in vertical 9:16 format. A package of 4 reels/month costs PLN 1,500; 8 reels cost PLN 2,600. Minimum term: 3 months for packages, no minimum for individual reels.

CRM is a web application for managing customers, contacts, tasks, a sales pipeline and business processes. We offer 3 tiers: basic from PLN 9,500 (up to 5 users, core modules), standard from PLN 18,000 (sales pipeline, invoices, reports), and bespoke from PLN 30,000 (custom workflows, integrations, multi-tenancy). Stack: Astro + Pocketbase + Postgres. Not ERP, accounting or native mobile. A specific web tool for specific processes.

Yes: custom admin panels, SaaS dashboards, startup MVPs, internal tools and API integrations. Three tiers: MVP/admin panel from PLN 7,500 (1-2 features, up to 3 weeks), standard with integrations from PLN 14,000 (custom workflows + APIs, up to 5 weeks), bespoke/enterprise from PLN 25,000 (multi-tenancy, SLA, 6 months of maintenance, up to 8 weeks). The same stack as CRM (Astro + Node.js + Pocketbase + Postgres). You own the code in a Git repository, with no per-user licence fees.

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a Google position or campaign CTR: algorithms, competition and seasonality change independently of us, and an agency promising ‘top 3 in 30 days’ is misleading you. We guarantee the process: weekly reports, contractually defined KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions) and monthly numerical summaries. If there is no progress after 3 months, we review and change the strategy at no extra charge.
