No. The subscription covers management, graphics, copy and reporting (comment moderation from the 2-platform package upwards). The client pays the ad budget (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) separately, directly to the platform. We suggest a budget of at least PLN 500 / month for campaigns to make sense.

Package 1: 4-6 posts. Package 2: 8-12 posts. Package 3: 12-18 posts + Reels. Package 4: 16-24 posts + Reels + quarterly strategy + 1 paid campaign. The number depends on the format and platform.

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts. Which 1-4 platforms you choose depends on the package and your target audience. For B2B we suggest LinkedIn, for beauty and lifestyle Instagram + TikTok, and for e-commerce Facebook + Instagram.

We do. The subscription price includes topic research, post copy, hashtags and CTAs. The client approves the publishing calendar once a month. If you have your own texts, we can edit and publish them.

Graphics are included in the subscription. If you need extra graphics outside the package (e.g. for a newsletter or an external ad), they cost PLN 120 - 240 each, depending on complexity.

Comments, yes: from the 2-platform package upwards, 9:00-17:00 on working days. The 1-platform package does not include moderation. Private messages (DMs) are handled either by your team or by us - we agree this at the start, depending on what suits you.

We have a procedure: within 2 hours of a report, we contact you, prepare a statement and moderate the comments. We do not publish any statement without your approval. We agree the crisis plan when we start working together.

Standard libraries (Pexels, Pixabay, the Meta and TikTok audio libraries) are included. Paid licences (Shutterstock, Epidemic Sound, Artlist) or commercial music are paid for separately by the client, or we buy them on your behalf with a 0% markup.

From yours. We get access through Meta Business Manager and its equivalents for TikTok / LinkedIn. We do not need passwords, only admin roles. When we stop working together, we hand back all access and the calendar archive.

A PDF + spreadsheet: reach, engagement rate, follower count, top posts, website traffic from social media and cost per conversion (if a campaign is paid). Plus recommendations for the next month. We send it by the 5th of each month.

Growth in engagement and content quality: from month 1. Steady growth in followers and traffic: 3-4 months. Sales from social media depend on the offer, product price and ad budget - we test hypotheses every month. Results come faster when you tailor the message to each segment instead of sending one post to everyone; our blog shows what 1-to-1 campaigns run at scale look like.

Yes. After the first 3 months, you can move up or down a package with one month's notice. Moving up (more platforms) takes effect straight away from the following month, at no extra cost.

Yes. The contract runs for a minimum of 3 months, then continues month to month with a 30-day notice period. After termination, we hand over all source files and calendars, and you get full access back.

Yes, Reels and TikToks are included in packages 3 and 4. We edit them from footage you supply (a phone is enough) or from stock libraries. Filming at your premises / in a studio is quoted separately as video production.

Branding first, then social media - otherwise you are throwing money away. We can sort out your logo and visual identity beforehand (see the Branding section), do a product photo shoot (PLN 1,800 / day) and only then start running your profiles.
